INGREDIENTS

1 scoops of Whitewolf Nutrition Salted Caramel Vegan Protein Powder
1 cup pitted dates, soaked
1 cup of oats
½ cup of shredded coconut
1 tbs of chia seeds

METHOD

  1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 5 minutes to soften (not necessary if using medjool dates)
  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender
  3. Spoon into bite sized pieces
  4. Optional – roll in shredded coconut
