1 TBS Whitewolf Vanilla Protein (Vegan or Whey)
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 packet stevia

1/4 banana
TPS coconut
Sunflower seeds
METHOD
1. Add All ingredients into blender
2. Blend for about 30 Seconds
3. Transfer to bowl and add your toppings.
