Vanilla Protein Crepes

Perfect for - snack or breakfast

Serves 8- 10

 

TO MAKE

2 x eggs (flax eggs can be used for a vegan version of the recipe)

1 ½ cups of milk (hazelnut or coconut milk is best recommended but you can use any plant based milk that you prefer)

1 cup self-raising flour

2 tablespoons of all natural hazelnut extract

Dash of all natural vanilla extract

1 ½ scoops of @whitewolfnutrition vegan vanilla protein blend

NOW START COOKING

  1. Combine all ingredients using a whisk
  2. Heat a pan with a small amount of coconut oil until you are ready to cook
  3. Place the batter into the pan
