INGREDIENTS
- 4 x bananas
- 3 x eggs
- 1 x scoop vanilla vegan protein blend
- 1 x scoop chocolate vegan protein blend
- 3 x Tbs stevia powder or granulated sweetener of choice
- 2 x cups of rolled oats blended until flour
- 1/2 cup Self raising flour of choice
- 1 x tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup coco powder
METHOD
- Preheat oven at 180
- Combine the bananas, eggs, oats, flour, baking powder and stevia
- split mixture in two
- add cocoa powder and chocolate Protein powder in one half and the vanilla protein in other.
- bake for 35min or until golden and crispy
