Preparation Time: 45 minutes or less

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cup of oats
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
2 tsp chia seeds
1 cup dates, chopped
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

NOTE: you may need to add some water if the mixture isn't sticking together.

 

 

 


METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the coconut oil and mix together.
  4. Place into a lined baking tray and press down.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Cut into smaller pieces and enjoy.
