Here are her 5 Fat Burning Tips.
1 ) White Wolf Fat Burner Green Apple first thing in the morning 2 x scoops with 1 x scoop of Pre-Workout - White Wolf Pineapple Coconut
tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 lemon juice, and 150ml water
2) Fasted cardio first thing ( of course after the above fat burner) I would do 45 mins on the stair master & 30-45 minute walk
3 ) Calorie deficit
