Here are her 5 Fat Burning Tips:
1 ) First thing in the morning I mix:
- 1 scoop of Fat Burner (White Wolf Fat Burner Green Apple )
- 1 x scoops of Pre-Workout (White Wolf Pineapple Coconut)
- 1 x tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 of lemon juice
- 150ml water
2) Fasted cardio first thing ( of course after the above fat burner) I would do 45 mins on the stair master & 30-45 minute walk
3 ) Calorie deficit (A caloric deficit is any shortage in the amount of calories consumed relative to the amount of calories required for maintenance of current body weight (energy homeostasis). A deficit can be created by reducing input/calories consumed (lower food intake, aka dieting) - Wikipedia.
