Getting To Know New Mum and Health Obsessed Courtney Lorking

Courtney is like family to the White Wolf Team, she was a raving fan of the brand from the beginning and slotted straight into being an Ambassador. We are so happy to watch her family grow and see how her healthy habits flow through to motherhood and her beautiful daughter.

What is your fav workout? 

Currently, I'm living for AMRAP strength, I'm loving full body at the moment because post-pregnancy I'm feeling uber weak and bleh so it's nice to get my body moving again.

What do you love most about life?

So clique but my daughter, she is the reason I get up every morning (Literally but, kids gotta eat)

What is your favourite product of White Wolf Nutrition & Why?

I swear I change my answer everytime, right now I'm addicted to the salted caramel, goes great in oats!

Do you have a not negotiable ritual that you do every day?

Um, I need to eat. If I eat and shower and keep my baby alive I call it a win really, so not not at the moment, but I’ve been trying to move my body every day but it can be hard with a 7-month-old. Doing my best.


What inspires you to live healthily?

My daughter, again BLEH so Clique, but I want to teach her how to be healthy. And the benefits of it.

Do you have a mantra or quote that you live by?

Act confident and no one will question you lol & Have confidence in my judgment if it sits well with me then its right.

Who keeps you accountable?

Um, me. Im only letting myself down if I don’t get what I need doing.

If you had one superpower what would it be?

Nothing really jumps out at me.. maybe to fly? Is that a superpower? Cause that’d be sick.

Why do you do what you do?

Because I love what I do, being a mum, being healthy and trying (Keyword there trying) to help people with the health and feel good about themselves.

What are your five foolproof ways to feel good?

Get in the sun, read a book, eat something healthy, SLEEP (I miss sleeping, what's that like again? Lol) & TRAIN YOUR HEART OUT.
