Returns and Damaged Items


Our promise to you is to have orders dispatched and delivered as fast as possible. Orders made before 1pm AEST Monday-Friday will be despatched same day.


White Wolf Nutrition will replace or refund any broken, damaged or incorrect items. Our policy lasts 30 days and we’ll make sure we deal with any issues in a fast and effective manner.

Please note that we want all customers to be satisfied with their orders, however if you simply don't like the taste of something, give it to a friend who will, as we cannot refund for this reason.


If you change your mind about a purchase and return it to us unopened and in re-saleable condition within 30 days, we will offer you a product exchange or a credit note.

For all returns we will require or proof of purchase.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
