INGREDIENTS
Base:
- 2 cups oats, blended into a flour
- 1 cup dates, soaked in boiling water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Caramel
- 2 cups cashews, soaked in boiling water
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup dates
METHOD
- Combine all the base ingredients and it will form a dough-like texture. Spread evenly in a baking tray.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Combine all the caramel ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Poor mixture over the base and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Sprinkle with coconut chips.
