Preparation Time: 30 minutes or less

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen large banana 
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen honey dew melon  
  • 2-3 frozen florets of cauliflower (pre cooked) 
  • 1 scoop White Wolf vegan vanilla protein blend
  • Almond milk for blending 


    METHOD

    1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend, adding almond milk slowly until mixture is of a soft serve consistency (2-3min)
    2. top with bee pollen, shredded coconut and fresh raw honeycomb. (Or and delicious toppings you choose) 
    3. Serve immediately
