INGREDIENTS

1 scoop of White Wolf Nutrition Vanilla All-in-One Protein Blend

2 Frozen bananas

1/2 can of coconut cream

Coconut sugar (to taste)

100% Maple syrup (to taste)

Handful of ice


METHOD

1. Add all ingredients into blender 

2. Mix until it is fully blended together

3. Spoon into bowls and top with whatever you like (We used crushed almonds cashews and macadamias, strawberries and shredded coconut.)

5. Press mixture into baking pan

6. Bake in Oven for 10-15 min

7. Let cool- Note will continue to cook while cooling

8. Enjoy
