Apple Pie Protein French Toast

Ingredients
2-3 Slices of Bread
1/3 cup Egg Whites
Splash of Almond Milk

15g White Wolf Nutrition French Vanilla Protein
1/2 Pink Lady Apple, chopped
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Museli/Granola for topping
Directions
Whisk egg whites, protein and almond milk in a bowl until well combined.
Dip bread into egg mixture on both sides, and cook on a non-stick frypan for 2-3 minutes each side.
Once french toast is cooked, transfer to a plate and leave the frypan on over a medium heat.
Combine chopped apple, maple, coconut oil and a sprinkle of cinnamon and saute on the frypan for 2-3 minutes or until apple is soft.
Top french toast with cooked apple, granola for crunch and some extra maple syrup.
