Vanilla Vegan Protein Donuts
Perfect for: Snack / Treat
Ingredients
1 x cup nut butter
½ cup hemp butter
¼ cup coconut flour
½ scoop @whitewolfnutrition Vegan Protein in Vanilla
½ cup unsweetened cacao
Directions
- In a mixing bowl mix nut/seed butter with coconut flour & protein powder until dough consistency forms- if too dry add more but/seed butter (if too running add more coconut flour).
- Roll into balls and flatten with palm of your hands.
- Use your thumbs to poke hole through the centre to form donut shape.
- Melt dark chocolate and use a spoon to drizzle over donuts.
- Pop into the fridge for 10-15 minutes before enjoying!
