Vanilla Blueberry Muffins

Perfect for: Snack / afternoon tea / lunchbox treat!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-raising flour 
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 cup freeze dried blueberries
  • 1.5 scoops of White Wolf Nutrition Vanilla Vegan Protein
  • 1tsp vanilla essence 

 

Directions

  • Pre-heat over to 190 degrees. 
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place into oil sprayed or lined muffin tin.
  • Bake for 25/30min or until golden brown and skewer comes out clean.
