Vanilla Blueberry Muffins
Perfect for: Snack / afternoon tea / lunchbox treat!
Ingredients
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 cup freeze dried blueberries
- 1.5 scoops of White Wolf Nutrition Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 1tsp vanilla essence
Directions
- Pre-heat over to 190 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place into oil sprayed or lined muffin tin.
- Bake for 25/30min or until golden brown and skewer comes out clean.
