What inspired you to join the fitness industry? We only get one life here and to get the most out of it, we must be in our best shape both physically and mentally. Nothing else matters if we don’t have our health to enable us to enjoy it. After going through my own health & fitness struggles, I became passionate about helping as many ladies as I can to avoid what I went through wasting years being unhealthy and unhappy by trying unhealthy and unsustainable weight loss and fitness methods.
What are your 3 daily non negotiables?
- Getting outside for zen time to calm my mind
- Good nutrition & water intake
Why White Wolf Nutrition?I LOVE the flavours of all the products as well as how easy they are to mix. My non-negotiable was the supplements I use have to be all-natural and clinically tested using scientific methods. I also wanted a brand that is Australian owned. White Wolf Nutrition has all the supplements I need and would suggest for my followers and clients, should they want to use them. So ultimately, White Wolf Nutrition was a no-brainer!
What is your favourite stack in White Wolf Nutrition and why?
These are the products I use daily:
- Vegan Natural + Lean Protein in my oats or as a shake, and I often also make healthy sweet recipes with it
- PR3 Workout
- Essential Aminos + Electrolytes
- ZEN in the evenings
What does a day of eating and training look like for you?
Typically I do a head clearing walk in the morning to prepare for my day. Breakfast is usually some form of eggs on toast or protein oats and my snacks are usually rice
cakes & peanut butter or fruit, nuts and yoghurt.
For lunch, I usually eat meat and vegetables or salad with a wrap. Gym is usually in the afternoon and my weekly split at the moment looks like:
lower body strength / recovery run / HIIT / upper body strength / full body isometrics & stretching / 10 km run
My dinner is usually similar to my lunch, always some sort of healthy meat with salad or vegetables and a source of carbohydrates. I finish the evenings with ZEN to help me relax and unwind.
For someone just starting out, what is your best advice to help them get going?
Start simple! Find out your daily calorie & macro needs for your goals and optimise your eating first. Add in a combination of strength and cardio workouts as much as feels good for you and as you get more into a routine, add more. Don’t overwhelm yourself trying to change everything all at once. Take it one day at a time!
What is your favourite recipe using our products?
My famous protein balls are to DIE for! I love making healthy sweet treats with the protein powder
What are your other hobbies outside of training and fitness?
I actually love singing! And anything car related with my partner, James!
But other than that, everything I love is fitness related! I’ll be learning to surf in Summer and am learning to ride a proper triathlon road bike. My interests & passions literally lie in how I can be a better version of myself each day to live my best life and better help my Fit Fammers
