WBFF Figure Model Latoya Shares Her Top 5 Fat Burning Tips

WBFF Figure finalist and 2nd place winner, this lovely lady is such an inspiration! We are so proud to have Latoya as one of our Brand Ambassadors. As a devoted and loving mother of two and a much-loved wife, her dedication to her goals is next level!

Here are her 5 Fat Burning Tips:

1 ) First thing in the morning I mix:

    • 1 scoop of Green Apple Shape Sifter (White Wolf Shape Shifter)
    • 1 x scoops of Pineapple Coconut PR3 (White Wolf PR3)
    • 1 x tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
    • 1/4 tablespoon of lemon juice
    • 150 mL water 

2) Fasted cardio first thing (of course after the above blend) I would do 45 mins on the stair master & 30-45 minute walk

3 ) Calorie deficit (A caloric deficit is any shortage in the amount of calories consumed relative to the amount of calories required for maintenance of current body weight (energy homeostasis). A deficit can be created by reducing input/calories consumed (lower food intake, aka dieting) 

4 ) NUTRITION NUTRITION NUTRITION I always say & have said from the very start ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN

5 ) Stay consistent & believe in yourself!
