The best time to take pre workout is generally around 20–30 minutes before training as part of your regular workout routine.

Mix one serve (8g) in 470ml of water or two serves (16g) in 940ml of water. Shake or stir for 5–10 seconds or until powder dissolved. Enjoy! Do not exceed more than two scoops within 24 hours.
