RECOMMENDED USE

Consume 1 – 2g of per day. You can have one of these serves prior to exercise and one serve post exercise. Do not consume more than 2 serves per day.

Acetyl L-carnitine is a naturally occurring compound made from amino acids, and it's a popular ingredient in sports nutrition. Ours is 100% pure acetyl L-carnitine, with no fillers or additives.

What flavour is it?

When is a good time to take L-Carnitine?

That's up to you and your routine. Some people add it to their pre-workout or post-workout shake, while others prefer to take it with a meal as part of their daily routine. Whichever you choose, follow the directions on the pack and don't exceed the recommended serve.
