Beta alanine is a non-essential amino acid that's found naturally in foods like meat and fish. Ours is 100% micronised beta alanine, so it dissolves easily in your shaker.

GOOD TO KNOW
Some people notice a harmless tingling feeling on the skin after taking beta alanine. It's a normal response and passes on its own. If you'd prefer to avoid it, try splitting your serve across the day.
