Lamington-inspired bliss balls - Australia Day

Preparation Time: 5 minutes or less

INGREDIENTS

Bliss Balls
200g raw cashews
50g almond meal
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 scoop WW vanilla protein
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons maple syrup

Chocolate Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons cacao

 


METHOD

  1. Combine cashews, coconut, almonds, salt and protein powder in a blender until it forms a bread crumb like consistency
  2. Transfer into a mixing bowl
  3. Add vanilla, maple syrup and coconut oil
  4. Mix all the ingredients together
  5. Roll into small balls
  6. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes
  7. Combine melted coconut oil, cacao and maple syrup in a cup
  8. Dip the bliss balls into the chocolate sauce and then roll into coconut
  9. Store in the fridge in a container for up to 1 week
