INGREDIENTS
2 scoops of White Wolf Nutrition Whey Vanilla protein (you can also use vegan as an alternative).
1/2 cup organic coconut sugar plus extra for garnish (or sweetener of choice)
1 egg (chia seeds or no egg replacer as an alternative)
Handfull of chocolate chips (optional)
Pinch of sea salt

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl using a wooden spoon.Â

Using a tablespoon, scoop the cookie dough and roll into a ball. Flatten out to create a cookie shape and place onto tray.

Sprinkle with coconut sugar and salt.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the to sit to cool and to harden.
