Maple bacon protein pancakes

Perfect for: Breakfast or Snack

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes




2 x cups grated cooked and moisture drained cauliflower 
1/3 x cups Ground golden flax
2 x eggs
2 x tsp granulated sweetener of choice
(Or mash a banana if you prefer I was just keeping calories down)
1.5 scoops vegan vanilla protein 



  1. Mix all base ingredients together and set aside for 10-15min.

  2. Crisp up four pieces of bacon 

  3. Stack pancakes with bacon and top with sugarfree maple syrup.
