INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups sweet potato, cooked and mashed
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cacao
- 1 cup nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter)
- 1 scoop WW chocolate protein powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
- Pour into a baking tin and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
