How to make custard:
- Combine one scoop (34 g) with 80 mL of cold water/milk equivalent into a bowl
- Using a spoon, mix well
- Gradually add more liquid (max 150 mL) until your custard reaches your desired consistency
Tip: Try our custard warm by heating on low heat for approximately 2 minutes
How to make ice-cream:
- Combine one scoop (34 g) with 100 mL of cold water/milk equivalent into a blender or food processor
- Add one frozen banana
- Blend until it is a smooth yet thick consistency
- Enjoy straight away!
Tip: Freeze for 30 minutes for a more ice-cream like consistency
