Returns and Damaged Items


Our promise to you is to have orders dispatched and delivered as fast as possible. Orders made before 1pm AEST Monday-Friday will usually be despatched same day.


White Wolf Nutrition will replace or refund any broken, damaged or incorrect items purchased directly from our website. Our policy lasts 30 days and we’ll make sure we deal with any issues in a fast and effective manner. To make a claim we request please fill out the Claim Form (at the bottom of this page) to the best of your ability. 

If you’ve purchased a White Wolf Nutrition product from one of our authorised retailers, that particular store's returns policy will be in effect for your purchase. Please contact them directly for any queries related to returns. They will then reach out to us for a store credit. However, if you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with their response, feel free to reach our Customer Service team.

Please note that we want all customers to be satisfied with their orders, however if you simply don't like the taste of something, give it to a friend who will, as we cannot refund for this reason.


If you change your mind about a purchase and return it to us unopened and in re-saleable condition within 30 days, we will offer you a product exchange or a credit note. We can only accept returns for product purchased direct from our website. Please be aware that the postage costs for returning the items are not covered by us.  


White Wolf Nutrition kindly informs its valued customers that we are unable to issue refunds for orders that have been dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for items that remain unclaimed and are subsequently returned to the sender by Australia Post or other international postal services. Furthermore, in the event that items are not cleared by customs, White Wolf Nutrition cannot be held responsible. It is the responsibility of the customer in the respective country to verify any customs regulations or restrictions prior to ordering our products. We urge our customers to double-check their shipping details and familiarise themselves with their local customs policies to ensure a smooth delivery of their orders.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please include a tracking number with your return. This is crucial as we are not responsible for items lost during transit, and without a tracking number, store credit may not be approved. Once we receive the returned goods, store credit will be issued following their inspection. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.
