Ingredients

1 scoop White Wolf Nutrition Smooth Chocolate Protein
3/4 cup Oat Flour
1/4 cup Cacao
1tsp Baking Powder
2 Mashed Bananas
1 Chia Egg or 1 Egg or 1/4 cup Egg Whites
1/4 cup Coconut / Greek Yoghurt
2 tbsp Maple Syrup

1 scoop of White Wolf Nutrition Strawberries & Cream Custard Protein
120ml Lite Coconut Cream
4 tbsp Maple Syrup

Directions
Preheat oven to 180c
In a large bowl combine Chocolate Protein, oat flour, cacao, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, egg/egg substitute, yoghurt and maple syrup. Pour into the dry mixture and slowly mix until combined.
Evenly pour the mixture into a muffin tray and cook in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until fully cooked through.
While the muffins are baking, in a bowl mix together Strawberries & Cream Protein Custard, coconut cream and maple syrup. If too thick, add a small amount of almond milk for desired consistency. Once the muffins are cooked and cooled, cover with frosting and any additional toppings you require.
