INGREDIENTS

1 x large frozen banana

1.5 cups of frozen blueberries

1 heaped scoop of vanilla whey protein blend

150mls Almond Milk

 


METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high for 2-3 min or until excessively fluffy.
  2. Serve immediately with favourite toppings (this recipe has I used freeze dried blueberries, toasted coconut and dried roses)
