When your favourite thing to do in the morning is sipping on your latte and you have been dreaming about breakfast all night it seems logical to combine the two and create this Pumpkin Spice Latte Oatmeal.
- 50g pumpkin puree
- 40g quick oats
- 240g almond milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp cloves
- A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- A pinch of salt
- 10-15g white wolf iced coffee vegan protein (depending on how strong you like the coffee flavour to be)
Add all your ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for at least 5 minutes while stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Add to a bowl and top with some berries, coconut cream/yoghurt, chopped nuts, coconut sugar and nut butter.
