I’m an all-round gym lover that thrives on the love off all exercises from a high intensity interval workout to feeling strong from a heavy lifting session.
What is your favourite product of White Wolf Nutrition & Why
My favourite would have to be the Vegan Smooth Chocolate – I love to have it with cereal as a post workout treat!
If you had one superpower what would it be?
Probably invisibility, get to scare friends and watch free movies!
Why do you do what you do?
As a Personal Trainer, I find it so rewarding to be able to help others reach their health/fitness goals, make them feel good about themselves and put a smile on their face at the end of each session.
What are your five foolproof ways to feel good?
- Laughter!! - Surround yourself with positive people that make you smile.
- Breathe – practice being mindful and focusing on your breath just for a few minutes each day.
- Exercise – anything is better than nothing, get that body moving!
- Nutrition – a variety of whole foods with a balance of macro and micronutrients will undoubtedly make you feel more energised.
- Sleep – 7-9 hours each night is recommended to be fully recharged for the next day.
